Filing has the
ability to handle every type of document, whether it is a document scanned,
Microsoft Documents, inbound fax,or PDF document. Each of them are place in “TO
FILE” folder.
2. Manage: Once your documents are in the “TO FILE” folder, it is easy to
manage them. Through the on-screen interface, you simply highlight the proper
folder fill in the index information for the document and click the SUBMIT
button. Once the document has been filed, it is automatically removed from the
screen. It’s faster and easier than placing a piece of paper into a file folder!
3. Access: With BiS image server you can easily retrieve filed
documents and information that provide critical business data; plus, you can
print, fax or email the document.
