Basic Support provides on-line case submissions with business hour support. It provides call-back responses to your questions and problems, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
On-line Case Submission
You can submit cases easily on-line through the BiS Customer support Portal, saving costly long distance charges. During your local business hours, on-line cases submitted are responded to within 2– 4 hours by either telephone call-back or via the BiS Customer support portal.

The online SUPPORT PORTAL is the most expeditious method for issue resolution providing you with the opportunity to submit new cases, communicate directly with BiS Support, upload screen shoots or file attachments associated directly to your cases, track the status of your existing cases, and review past cases.

Hours of Support

Basic support is available based on your location in North America, from 8AM to 7PM local time. BiS support is complemented with detailed on-line Help and other resources such as Frequently Asked Questions, on-line user guides, and tips that will help you get the most from your application.


Individual users in instructor-led virtual classes, or in self-paced online courses. We’ll even come to you to train your entire team in private classes.


BiS offers a range of professional services , including: Quick Start packages combine training and best practice assistance to help you get the most out of your BiS implementation. Combining structured material with plenty of room for ad-hoc exploration, this is the fastest way to get your system implementation up and running. Data Migration packages provide a seamless and cost effective way to import data into the system.
