When SCA Claims Services set out to modernize its operations, they partnered with BiS to design, build, and implement CORE. What began as a system to manage appraisals has, over the past 15 years, evolved into the backbone of SCA’s nationwide operations. Together, we have continuously scaled CORE to meet the growing demands of the business and its network of more than 600 appraisers across the country. Image Online was originally built for a Top 10 Insurance Carrier to streamline the routing, scheduling, and management of field inspectors in the Pre-Underwriting inspection process—covering everything from cars to homes.
The platform enables complete inspection lifecycle management, while also handling the storage and retrieval of millions of images with speed and reliability. For more than 20 years, BiS has partnered with this carrier to continuously enhance Image Online, transforming it into a robust enterprise-level application. Today, it is hosted securely in the AWS Cloud and actively used by over 6,000 employees nationwide, making it a mission-critical solution for one of the industry’s largest insurers. |

BiS partnered with the GolfLync team to design and build the GolfLync Cloud and the React Native iOS and Android apps, delivering a scalable MVP that quickly grew into a full-featured platform now used by over 175,000 golfers.
The GolfLync app combines the power of social networking with the passion for golf, featuring a Facebook-style feed, groups, tee times, and personalized profiles that make it easy for players to connect, share, and play. BiS partnered with Epic Golf Club to design and build their custom Club Management System—appropriately nicknamed Epic.
This platform empowers Epic’s concierge staff to efficiently manage member requests across the globe, from tee time bookings to personalized services. Members access the system through a Flutter-based mobile app (developed by BiS) and a web interface, ensuring seamless connectivity wherever they are. The solution also integrates Twilio messaging within the Epic Admin site, enabling bi-directional communication between staff and members for real-time service and support. Beyond scheduling, the platform manages everything from member profiles and course affiliations to booking history and playing partners, giving staff a complete organizational overview. Epic Golf Club is a private society for passionate golfers, offering exclusive access to some of the world’s most prestigious private courses—and with BiS technology at its core, the experience is more connected, efficient, and personal than ever. |

CampusCheck provides the knowledge you need to keep your campus safe by cross-referencing national sexual offender databases, issuing QR-coded digital badges, and conducting industry-leading background checks for all third-party vendors. Each vendor receives a certified badge and assumes responsibility for the cost of the software, ensuring safety without financial strain on the institution. The platform leverages Android and iOS mobile applications with location-based geo-fencing for remote check-in/out, ensuring accurate attendance and real-time visibility. With GPS locators, QR digital badges, and built-in scheduling services, administrators always know exactly who is on campus—delivering peace of mind through innovation. |
